- in compliance with a relevant privacy law, including IPP 11 on disclosure limitations

If your personal data is transferred outside New Zealand (for example to a service provider overseas), we ensure an equivalent level of privacy protection, in line with IPP 12 and relevant Act requirements.

8. Privacy Breach Notification
If a privacy breach occurs and is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify both affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as required by the Act.
9. Privacy Officer
We have appointed a Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing our compliance with privacy obligations, handling enquiries or complaints, and liaising with the Privacy Commissioner as needed.
10. Cookies and Online Tracking
Our website may use cookies or similar tools for analytics and functionality. You may opt out or restrict these via your browser settings. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information.
